Pool & Spa Leak Detection Package - $500This package includes everything that comes with the basic pool leak detection for both your pool and spa/hot-tub. Although spas are usually much smaller than the average pool leak detection in a spa can be even more labor intensive than a large pool because of the high density of the fittings. We offer the addition of spa leak detection at a premium price to clients that choose to commission both services.

Additional Pool Leak Repairs - starting at $175
As previously stated, simple patch-work for up to 10 leaks is included in the price of a pool and pool/spa leak detection. We use many different products in our pool leak repairs always seeking to match the product to your specific pool type and needs. The most common repair we make is the vinyl patch. These patches are temporary but can last up to a few years and greatly extend the life of your vinyl liner. Over time it is expected that vinyl patches will start to curl or peel, and it is much more likely to happen if the patch is large in size, older, or in a pool that has fluctuating levels of chemicals, etc. Other repair types include epoxy putty, flexible vinyl sealer, replacement of gaskets, or fittings, or replacement of key equipment such as the skimmer.
Pressure Testing Package - starting at $400
Pressure testing a pool will allow us to determine whether or not you have a leak in your pipes. From there we have the ability to locate the hole in the pipe within 8 inches of accuracy with our advanced equipment making the full system excavation that is so common unnecessary. This cost is variable because pool design can vary so greatly. An example of a $400 pressure test job would be a simple pool with two jets, a drain, and a skimmer. A pool with a pop-up floor jet system could cost $1,200 or more because each line must be tested separately. Call us for a free estimate on this service.
